Exercising al fresco offers benefits you won't find indoors. Not only fresh air, open sky and beautiful scenery, but a sense of well being that comes with the freedom of movement in the outdoors. In addition, negative ions, produced mostly by moving water, stimulate mental clarity. That's why most of our workouts are in or near gorges. In our outdoor workouts fallen logs become the base for bodyweight exercises and balance drills, tree branches become fixtures for our resistance tubes. Uneven terrain further enhances strength and creates kinesthetic awareness. The soft forest floor is our platform for tai chi and yoga. The result: feeling refreshed, energized and uplifted.
